District Superintendents Office, Fort Bragg- The total project duration estimated at approximately 1 year. The project consisted of site improvements such as signage, fencing, paving, landscaping, covered walkways, exterior lighting and utilities, as well as a 7,500 square foot new facility.
MSMC Renovations, MCRC Air National Guard Base, Newburgh, NY- This project consists of the renovation of 6 separate facilities and the coordination of the relocation for the owner’s personnel. The project duration is 1 year.
Dayton VA Open MRI, Dayton Ohio,-This project consists of the demolition of existing structures, construction of a new facility and all associated site work. The project duration is 1 year.
Infantry Squad Battle Course, Fort Drum, NY- This project consists of heavy civil work and site/electrical communications to the remote targets in addition to the construction of 5 structures and all associated site/finishes with each structure. The project duration is 1.25 years.
E. 93rd Street Medical Office Building and Parking Deck, Cleveland, Ohio- A combination of a 131,000-sf office with a 420,000-sf attached garage. The structure was concrete and decks were post-tension slabs. Work was scheduled with concrete placement throughout the winter.
Flat Ridge 2 Wind Farm, Kansas-Heavy Civil, approx. 60 miles of transmission line, 2 substations, 1 switch yard, 292 total turbines. Project duration was approximately 14 months.
Cape Scott Wind Farm, Vancouver Island-The project consisted of heavy hivil, approx. 40 miles of transmission line, 1 substation, 54 total turbines located in a designated Canadian Wetlands.
Lone Star Transmission line, Texas- 2The transmission line was 210 long and traversed many different terrains and seasonal wildlife habitats. It consisted of heavy civil as well as the standard construction of a transmission line. Due to span of the project it was extremely logistically challenging.
Automated Firing Range, Connecticut- This project contained Heavy Civil and on site electrical/fiber optics to allow communication and powering of automated heavy artillery targets and equipment. Total Site area covered was 1,900 acres.
Light Demolition Range, Fort AP Hill, Virginia—The project consisted ofHeavy site work, concrete explosion proof structures, dining facility, restrooms and extensive communications/electrical systems for camera and viewing structures.
Lower Granite Units 3-6 Cavitation Repair, Washington- Repair of Turbines 3, 4, 5 and 6 at the Lower Granite Powerhouse. Each unit is repaired independently with only one unit being down at a time.
Trinity Hills Wind Farm Project, Archer County, TX- This project is the construction of a 225 watt, 90 turbine (Clipper Wind power C-96 Turbines 2.5 MW each) wind farm situated on a 33,000 acre site. The wind farm contains access roads, infrastructure, a Maintenance Building and an Electrical Substation.
Regional Training Institute (RTI), Fort Pickett, VA – A design build federal project that includes the design-build construction of a Regional Training Facility. The project involves site work, construction of an educational building, CS building, auditorium, and pump house. Work also consists of demolition and hazardous materials abatement.
Repair Barracks Building 3000, Fort Lee, VA – A General Construction project includes the installation of several Temporary Barracks Modular Buildings and the renovation of the two-story Barracks Building 3000 located at Fort Lee, VA.
Permanent Party Liberty Chapel, Fort Lee, VA - This Design-Build construction project includes the design and construction of a 17,900 SF chapel facility located at Fort Lee, VA.
Air Force / Navy Dining Facility (DFAC), Fort Lee, VA – This design-build project includes the design and construction of a new 20,800 SF, one-story Air Force / Navy Dining Hall and all associated site work, utilities, parking, and sidewalks.
DOIM Server Addition, Fort Lee, VA – This project includes the design and construction of a new 16,200 SF addition to the existing Combat Service Support Center, Building 8045, located at Fort Lee, VA.
Air Force / Navy Dormitory, Fort Lee, VA – The project includes the design and construction of a new five-story, 168,483 SF Enlisted Personnel Dormitory.
Tactical Equipment Maintenance Facility (TEMF), Fort Lee, VA – The 49th Quartermaster Group project includes the design and construction of a TEMF located at Fort Lee, VA.
Army Training Support Center, Fort Eustis, VA – This project consists of the construction of an approximately 56,670 SF facility consisting of two stories of Multiple Directorate Administration and support spaces. Site work includes the demolition of 16 buildings, utility relocation, and BMP site storm water management, provision for 234 parking spaces, green space, pedestrian walkways, and integration into the base site circulation system.
Battalion Headquarters, Fort Eustis, VA – This design-build project includes the design and construction of a new 14,000 SF stand-alone Battalion Headquarters Building to provide administrative and command operations to a small brigade.
UEPH Barracks, Fort Eustis, VA - This design-build project includes the design and construction of a new 336-room Enlisted Personnel Barracks facility. The project also includes demolition of existing Barracks 803, 809, 813, and 818.
Fort Hood Army Hospital, Killeen TX- This design build project included the construction of a new 3.8 million square foot facility including all required amenities and standard equipment. The site work included the extension of a 28 mile sanitary sewer force main, a 64 mile transmission line and a substation.
